Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure monthly payroll accuracy in managing end-to-end Vietnam payroll processing and deliveries.
  • Responsible for standard payroll activities (compile monthly payroll change data, provide data input to vendor, payroll report checking from vendor, bank file coordination, statutory report checking & payment preparation, ensure smooth payroll authorization, GL, pay slips publishing, managing employees queries, etc.) and other C&B operation task (contract management, employee relating documents...)
  • Ensure accuracy of data and salary calculations
  • Ensure timely payroll task deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with Local tax and govt. statutory regulations, filings, and year-end reporting.
  • Share feedback with Payroll Lead to maintain scheduled payroll deliveries according to monthly and yearly payroll calendar.
  • Engaging with Regional People Services team, Local HR team and Payroll vendor.
  • Maintain close contact with internal and external auditors (if required) depending on periodical meetings based in local requirements.
  • Time to time managed local expectation or based Supervisors instruction.
  • Assure L'Oral Share & Care platform maintenance: health insurance, recognition & wellbeing, etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience

  • This position requires a bachelor's degree in relevant discipline in Human Resource, Finance, Accounting or equivalent business experience.
  • Preferably at least 3 years of payroll experience

Skills And Abilities

  • Attention to details with ability to deliver quality output whilst working under pressure and agreed timelines.
  • Computer literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to details are required.
  • Advance skill in Microsoft Excel and Automation
  • Proficient in English language, both written and verbal
  • Experience with the Success Factor system is a plus.
