Overview
Our client from Singapore is looking for the Senior Human Resource Manager is a multidimensional role leading and managing the Human Resources department. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee training, payroll management, employee dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, strategic planning and developing new policies.
This role ensures operational excellence, compliance, and service delivery for both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and operational capabilities.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Management
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth, organizational change, restructuring, integration, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Proactively shape, communicate, and embed company culture, values, and ethics into the team.
- Develop and lead JDI's employer branding strategy to attract top-tier talent in the tech and innovation space
- Develop and implement Compensation and Benefits programs and policies.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
2. Team Management of HR & Admin
- Lead and develop the HR and Admin team to ensure high performance and service quality.
- Set clear goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
3. HR Management for Internal Employees
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, OKR/KPI performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee issues, such as disputes, and following on disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Plan for employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Plan for the manpower budget as the company goals.
4. HR Admin for Employer-of-Record Services
- Manage HR and administrative processes related to EOR (Employer-of-Record) service delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate support for client employees under EOR arrangements.
5. IT Management & Coordination (Plus)
- Coordinate with freelance IT professionals to deliver IT services to clients as part of the ODC (Offshore Development Center) model.
- Oversee internal IT support and infrastructure needs.
- Manage and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards, including documentation, audits, and continuous improvement.
6. Office Management (Plus)
- Oversee office administration, including facility management, vendor coordination, and procurement.
- Provide high-quality office services to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of office services and supplies.
- Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
Are you the right fit
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and administrative management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Manager or equivalent role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (MISA AMIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards and IT coordination experience is a plus.
