Key Responsibilities:
1/ Payroll, Total Rewards
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Reconcile payroll data and prepare payroll reports for Finance and management.
- Administer compensation and benefits programmes, including annual salary reviews and benefits enrollment.
- Tax preparations and submission to ensure timely and accurate compliance with labour laws and company policies related to total rewards within the timeline
2/ Employee Engagement
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Support employee relations and address workplace concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Promote a positive employee experience and effective internal communication.
3/ HR Operations
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.
- Support HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and provide HR support to employees and managers.
4/ Performance Management
- Support the implementation of performance management systems, including goal-setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
- Guide managers and employees in aligning performance objectives with business priorities.
- Track performance trends, provide recommendations for performance improvement, and support talent calibration processes.
5/ HR Reporting, Budgeting & Ad-hoc Support
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analysis to support management decision-making.
- Provide insights on workforce trends, headcount, productivity, and HR costs.
- Preparation of the annual HR budget, including manpower costs, payroll, benefits, and other HR-related expenses.
- Track HR spending against budget and provide variance analysis and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with the HQ team on HR initiatives, projects, reporting requirements, and process improvements.
- Support HR projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management and/or the HQ team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management related field.
- Have 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on experience in payroll/C&B and performance management.
- Sound knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
