About the role
The HR Senior Executive will play a key role in shaping employee experience and talent development within a fast-paced, creative environment. This role is responsible for Learning & Development (L&D) administration and execution, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding activities, ensuring a strong people culture that supports creativity, collaboration, and business growth.
Responsible for:
1. Learning & Development (L&D) Administration & Execution - 40%
- Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
- Manage training logistics: scheduling, communication, vendor coordination, attendance tracking
- Maintain and update training records, and learning databases
- Support the rollout of learning programs aligned with business needs (e.g., creative, digital, leadership skills)
- Track training effectiveness and collect feedback for continuous improvement
- Assist in developing learning content and materials when required
2. Employee Engagement (EE) - 30%
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a vibrant and inclusive culture
- Support internal events, town halls, and cultural activities (festivals, creative, team bonding)
- Coordinate employee surveys (e.g., engagement pulse surveys) and analyze results
- Work with HRBP and leadership to develop action plans based on feedback
- Drive communication campaigns to enhance employee experience and belonging
3. Employer Branding (EB) - 20%
- Execute employer branding campaigns across digital platforms (LinkedIn, career sites)
- Collaborate with marketing/creative teams to produce contents (videos, posts, storytelling)
- Lead recruitment branding initiatives: career fairs, campus engagement, talent events. In partnership with TA team.
- Manage and refresh employer branding materials (EVP messaging, visuals, employee stories). Monitor employer brand perception and suggest improvements
4. HR Projects & Administration - 10%
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives and projects (e.g., talent programs, culture transformation)
- Support onboarding experience design and execution for new hires
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR, preferably covering L&D, engagement, or employer branding
- Experience in agency/creative/dynamic environments is a strong advantage
