Accountabilities
- Serve as Program Manager for strategic GTM initiatives.
- Translate executive vision into actionable program plans.
- Drive execution of cross-functional projects and programs.
- Own projects and programs to address critical gaps.
- Create and maintain documentation and workflows for programs.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide analytics and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives.
- Experience managing large, ambiguous projects.
- Strategic thinker with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Deep understanding of GTM motions and customer post-sales lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High proficiency with Google Workspace, Confluence, and Salesforce.
- Experience with Customer Success Platforms and AI tools is a plus.
