  • Plan and execute promotion strategies to acquire, retain, and reactivate users at different lifecycle stages.
  • Optimize promotion schemes to maximize efficiency and impact on user growth.
  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives, working with Business Intelligence, Product, and Operations teams to drive execution.
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels to refine strategies.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous optimization.
  • Manage in-app & out-app marketing assets supporting users growth execution, ensuring seamless and timely campaign execution.
  • Identify and troubleshoot campaign issues, optimizing performance proactively.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis on users-related trends to provide actions & initiatives for users growth.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

  • University graduate with a relevant bachelor degree
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in user growth or promotion strategy in fintech, e-commerce, or tech.
  • Strong skills in promotion planning, lifecycle optimization, and campaign efficiency.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking with a goal oriented attitude.
  • Solid computer skills, especially in Google Sheets and Excel. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and independent learner.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, attention to details and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
