We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Growth Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is for Parcel Monitor Consumer, our consumer facing product that helps user track and manage their e-commerce shipments. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our consumer product, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This role reports directly to our Growth Director, Parcel Monitor who is based in Singapore.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Growth marketing strategy: Work with the Growth Director to develop strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement for our Parcel Monitor platform. Conduct market research to identify and grow opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of growth initiatives with product development and marketing efforts.
- Experiment and optimization: Analyze user behavior and product conversion rate and work together with Product Manager to run experiments to improve conversion rate across website and mobile app.
- User Retention and Engagement: Support the development of user segmentations and execute strategies to increase user retention and engagement through various channels such as email marketing and push notifications.
- Monetization of traffic: Develop monetization strategies to continuously enhance our ability to monetize and improve our revenue stream. Optimize ad placement and ad server to improve revenue.
- Affiliate management: Work with affiliate partners to grow the list of potential partners and develop products to showcase our partners. Optimize affiliates offering to maximize revenue.
WHO WERE LOOKING FOR
- Proven track record with 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing in a fast-paced tech company.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics and marketing automation tools. Experience with A/B testing, monetization, and affiliate marketing will be highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work effectively within international and cross-functional teams with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment of the tech industry. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies and strategies.
- Deep interest and experience in usage of AI to automate growth initiatives.
