Overview
Pixel is a US-based creative agency partnering with leading consumer electronics and challenger brands. We're looking for a Senior Designer with exceptional execution, a strong sense of taste, and meticulous attention to detail to own the production of evergreen performance creative—the high-volume, always-on assets that power campaigns across Meta, Google, and programmatic channels.
This is design with purpose, not decoration. We want someone who understands the product, the audience, and the objective behind every brief—not just how to make it look good. You're able to move quickly, produce high-quality work with minimal direction, and take ownership instead of waiting to be handheld. Every creative decision should be intentional, grounded in strategy, and focused on driving performance.
Responsibilities
- Design high-performing static ad creative for paid social and display campaigns (Meta, Google, programmatic).
- Occasionally design landing pages and other campaign assets that support performance marketing.
- Produce high volumes of ad variants across different sizes, copy treatments, and visual approaches from a single brief.
- Build and maintain reusable design templates, component libraries, and systems for efficient production.
- Adapt global brand guidelines into platform-specific creative while maintaining consistency.
- Collaborate asynchronously with the US team, translating feedback and performance insights into stronger creative solutions.
- Contribute to A/B testing by designing thoughtful creative variations based on testing hypotheses.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital or performance-focused graphic design (agency experience preferred).
- Exceptional execution with a refined visual eye and strong attention to detail.
- Fast, efficient, and highly self-sufficient—you can deliver quality work quickly without requiring constant direction.
- Reads feedback for intent, identifying the underlying problem instead of applying comments literally.
- Understands the product, audience, and marketing objective behind every brief—not just the visual design.
- Expert in Figma with strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-volume digital ad production with excellent craft and visual consistency.
- Strong understanding of direct-response design principles, including hierarchy, CTA placement, readability, and conversion-focused layouts.
- Strong written English for asynchronous collaboration with a US-based team.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing landing pages for performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Figma AI.
- Basic knowledge of motion design (a plus, but not required).
- Experience working with consumer electronics, technology, or e-commerce brands.
Benefits
- Top-of-market compensation for creative roles in Vietnam
- Work directly on global campaigns for international brands
- Creative ownership in a small, high-trust team
To Apply
- Apply directly on LinkedIn and include your design portfolio by July 8.
- We review applications on a rolling basis and encourage you to apply early — the role closes once we find the right fit.
