Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and platforms.
- Optimize and enhance existing systems for better performance and usability.
- Develop and manage backend APIs, data structures, and integrations.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, usability, and accessibility best practices.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
- Implement continuous testing, integration, and deployment processes.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative development environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PHP and web development.
- Strong expertise in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Linux, and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, NextJS, jQuery, Ajax.
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in database optimization and performance tuning.
- Understanding of web security, cross-browser compatibility, and modern web standards.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
This role is under a freelance contract only (renewed every 1 year, no SHUI)
