• Develop scalable and high-performance front-end and back-end systems, working across the stack with technologies like Node.js and React.js.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Write robust, maintainable code and implement best practices around testing, CI/CD, performance, and reliability.
• Design and implement distributed systems and microservices with event-driven architecture using Kafka and gRPC.
• Guide other engineers through code reviews, technical planning, and knowledge sharing.
• Take part in monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning across the stack.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to continuously improve team practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of practical experience working with Node.js and its frameworks (Express, Nest.js), and React.js.
• Nice to have: Experience in the blockchain/AI industry or in developing products related to blockchain/AI technology.
• Strong expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude) to optimize productivity and performance.
• Proficiency in MySQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Solid hands-on experience with Kafka, gRPC, and event-driven systems.
• Deep understanding of data structures, distributed systems, and system design principles.
• Advanced knowledge of Redis and MySQL.
• Ability to write optimized, high-quality, and testable code, adhering to best practices.
• Capability to take ownership of features, work independently, and proactively contribute.
• A collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic English communication — in both writing and speaking.
