Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Middle-Senior Fullstack Developer (Golang / Node.js / Java). Based in Da Nang City, Vietnam, you will be responsible for contributing to both the back-end and front-end development of applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the full software development life cycle. Additional responsibilities include writing high-quality code, optimizing system performance, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to project deadlines.

1. Job Description

The Senior Full-stack Developer position will work directly with the team and clients, responsible for the following tasks:

Developing, expanding, and maintaining features for the company's key projects.

Analyzing and modeling business problems, from familiar operations to new models.

Designing and building secure, stable, scalable web systems with high performance.

Closely collaborating with clients and the project team to clarify requirements and propose optimal solutions using Agile methodologies.Guiding, mentoring, and supporting junior team members during the product development process.

2. Candidate Requirements

Experience & Expertise

• A minimum of 4 years of software development experience, with a preference for candidates who have participated in systems such as:
• payment/settlement, OTC desk, wallet, stablecoin, or related fintech products.
• Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Golang, Java/Spring Boot, NodeJS ( 2 years).
• Practical experience with React.
• Strong knowledge of API Design, System Design, Software Architecture.
• Deep understanding of Clean Code and SOLID principles.
• Proficient in at least 2 backend languages (preferred: Golang, Java Spring Boot).
• Proficient in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and RDBMS management systems.
• Experience working with AWS: RDS, EC2, S3, CloudFront, SQS, Lambda, etc.
• Ability to train, guide, and provide technical direction for the team.
• A degree in Information Technology or related fields is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with stablecoin, crypto payment, KYC/AML in international payments.
• Experience with OTC trading desks or fintech payment gateways.
• Having worked in a fintech startup environment is a plus.
