We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer / Team Leader with end-to-end ownership of the Recognition & Flexible Benefits microservice platform, responsible for system design, full-stack development, infrastructure setup, deployment, and production operations.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of the Recognition & Flexible Benefits platform, including system design, technical architecture, deployment, and production operations.
- Design, consult, and implement enterprise white-label solutions based on the core platform.
- Work closely with Product, Business, and Engineering teams to shape technical solutions, estimates, and delivery plans.
- Lead, mentor, and support the development team through code reviews, technical guidance, and day-to-day problem-solving.
- Maintain high standards for scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
- Handle production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous system improvements.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-stack experience with .NET (ASP.NET Core) and modern web/mobile frameworks (React, React Native, Ionic).
- Hands-on experience with AWS, monitoring, and cost optimization.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent.
- Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.
- Experience with message brokers and event-driven architecture (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and ability to work across the stack.
- English intermediate
Nice to have
- Experience with DDD patterns and ABP Framework.
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Experience with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Seq).
- Knowledge of secure system design and security best practices.
- Prior experience acting as Tech Lead or Engineering Lead.
Time & Working Benefits:
- Working hours: can be flexible from 9:00/9:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00/1:30 pm to 6:30/7:00 pm
- Location: District 4, Ho Chi Minh City
- Duration: Full-time - 12 months, including 2-month probation without insurance pay
- Compensation and benefits: gross salary/month (including daily parking allowance) + premium healthcare insurance after probation pass
