Senior Full Stack Engineer (React/Python)

The Position

We are looking for an engineer to develop the Industrial Firewall and IPS and Firewall Management Platform that provide real-time protection for industrial automation assets and endpoint devices.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Development:

-Design and develop robust firewall software components.

-Implement and optimize firewall rules and policies to enhance security and performance.

• Collaboration and Feature Development:

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Quality Assurance:

-Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

-Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and help maintain code quality.

• Maintenance and Improvement:

-Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

-Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing processes and systems.

What We Need From You:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Expertise in frontend development using React and related technologies (Redux, Hooks, etc.).
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, including database design, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Network and Security:
• Familiarity with network protocols and their functionalities.
• Understanding of firewall concepts and technologies.
• Experience with network protocols and security best practices.
• Understanding of security best practices and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST).

Additional Skills That Are Nice to Have:

• Frontend Development:

-Experience with HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and other frontend technologies.

• Technologies and Tools:

-Experience using Redis.

-Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

-Understanding of DevOps tools and practices.

• Performance and Testing:

-Experience with performance tuning and optimization of network applications.

-Experience with automated testing frameworks and practices.
