Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java, React, TypeScript)

On behalf of our client, we are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their growing engineering team. Our client is a product-focused technology company building a modern platform that supports test automation and DevOps teams, delivering scalable and high-impact solutions used by global customers.

You will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end web applications. You will work across backend services, frontend interfaces, and event-driven systems, contributing directly to product quality, performance, and user value in a collaborative, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across backend and frontend layers.

• Build and enhance backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot / Quarkus).

• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React and TypeScript.

• Work with PostgreSQL to ensure reliable data storage and integration.

• Design and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging systems.

• Containerize applications using Docker and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployments.

• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security across services.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full technology stack.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality features.

• Take ownership of technical challenges and continuously suggest improvements.

• Apply a strong product mindset, focusing on user needs and business outcomes.

Job Requirements

Technical skills:

• 4+ years of experience building complex or large-scale software systems.

• Strong backend development experience with Java, preferably Spring Boot or Quarkus.

• Solid frontend experience with React and TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.

• Practical experience with Kafka or other event-driven / messaging systems.

• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Soft skills:

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude.

• Comfortable working in a product-focused, collaborative environment.

• Ability to balance technical quality with delivery speed and business needs.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with microservices or distributed systems.

• Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Knowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration.

• Experience with automated testing (JUnit, Jest, Cypress, etc.).

• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices.
