The Role
You'll own problems end-to-end: analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and shipping features from code to production.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- 5+ years of full-stack production-level engineering experience
- Strong Python/Django proficiency; solid JavaScript on the frontend
- Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and debugging systems under real-world load (high traffic, large datasets, or high throughput/concurrency)
- Able to pass both an online and on-site technical interview
- English native or proficiency equivalent to IELTS 7+ / TOEIC 800+
- University degree in a relevant field
