Full Stack Developer (Node / Python + React)

We are looking for a talented and proactive Full Stack Developer to join our team in building a next-generation AI hub. This project involves developing a high-performance application that mirrors and expands upon the core functionalities of our Teams app, with a heavy emphasis on complex 3rd-party integrations. At its core, this is an AI-driven platform. The ideal candidate is a versatile engineer who is strong in both Python and Node.js. While we are open to specialists who have working knowledge of one or the other, the ability to navigate both ecosystems seamlessly is key to our success.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Development: Lead the end-to-end development of our AI-centric platform, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
AI Implementation: Integrate AI capabilities (such as GenAI APIs) into the platform's core workflows to enhance functionality.
Full-Stack Engineering: Develop and maintain efficient server-side logic using a mix of Python and Node.js, while building dynamic interfaces with React.js.
Cloud & DevOps: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring smooth CI/CD processes.
System Integration: Design and implement robust integrations with various 3rd-party services and complex APIs.
Communications: Work closely with key stakeholders to discuss plans and requirements using the English language, both written and spoken.
Technical Requirements
5+ years of professional experience with Python and Node.js/TypeScript.
Strong experience with React.js for building seamless, user-friendly interfaces.
Practical experience with AI technologies, has experience in working with Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), and understands how to leverage them within an application.
Hands-on experience handling Cloud Infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Azure experience is strongly preferred.
Proven track record working with 3rd-party APIs, webhooks, and complex, scalable system architectures.
Familiarity with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Nice to Have
Experience building or integrating with Microsoft Teams apps.
Prior experience in greenfield projects (building a platform from scratch).
