We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our AI Customer Support product team and help us build modern internal tools and customer-facing applications that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
You will work on applications used daily by support agents, operations teams, and customers. The role focuses on building scalable, maintainable, and intuitive frontend solutions using modern React technologies.
You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality features in a fast-paced environment.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Build and maintain frontend applications using React
- Develop reusable UI components and scalable frontend architectures
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive user experiences
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services
- Improve application performance, responsiveness, and maintainability
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
- Contribute to engineering standards and best practices
- Support continuous improvement of frontend development processes
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
- Strong commercial experience with React
- Solid understanding of modern frontend architecture and component design
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux or React Query
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
- Experience with testing frameworks and frontend quality practices
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice To Have
- Experience with Next.js (or alternative experience working with integration of backend)
- Experience with design systems or component libraries
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend deployment workflows
- Experience working with customer support, CRM, or operational platforms
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and frontend performance optimization
