Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain high-quality web applications usingReactJS, NextJS, and modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver responsive, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces.
- Integrate APIs and work closely with backend engineers to ensure seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Contribute to architectural discussions, technical decisions, and system design.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, SEO optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews, share knowledge, and mentor junior developers when needed.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend trends and proactively suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in frontend development.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experienced with React.js and state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
- Familiar with TypeScript, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Capable of designing frontend architecture, conducting code reviews, and providing technical direction.
- Hands-on experience in performance optimization.
- Strong sense of ownership, mentoring ability, and excellent team collaboration skills.
- (Nice to have)Experience with React Flow, drag & drop UI, or flow-based editors.
