About The Role:

We are looking for a visionary and experienced Senior Front-end Engineer to lead the development of our user-facing applications. You will be a foundational member of our engineering team, responsible for the architecture, implementation, and quality of our front-end codebase. You won&apost just be translating designs into code; you will be a key partner to product and design, influencing the user experience and ensuring our platform is intuitive, secure, and performant for patients and healthcare providers alike.

• Lead Front-end Architecture: Design, build, and maintain a scalable, reusable, and reliable front-end architecture using modern technologies like React and TypeScript.
• Build a World-Class Product: Translate complex UI/UX designs and product requirements from Figma into high-quality, production-ready code.
• Drive Technical Excellence: Establish and champion front-end best practices, including code quality, testing, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization.
• Collaborate and Influence: Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Back-end Engineers to define features, shape the user experience, and ensure seamless API integration.
• Ensure Security & Compliance: Build with a security-first mindset, ensuring our application meets the highest standards of data privacy and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
• Mentor and Grow: As the team grows, mentor other engineers, lead by example, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Own the Lifecycle: Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from technical design and implementation to testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a proven track record of building complex, scalable, and user-centric web applications.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Mastery of React and its ecosystem (e.g., Hooks, Context API). Experience with frameworks like React.js is a strong plus.
• Proficiency with modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query).
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling solutions (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled-Components, CSS-in-JS).
• Extensive experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress.

• Previous experience in the healthtech industry or working with sensitive data and compliance standards like HIPAA or GDPR.
• Experience building and maintaining a component library or design system.
• Deep knowledge of web accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices.
• Experience with data visualization libraries (e.g., D3.js, Chart.js).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices (e.g., Vercel, Netlify, AWS)
