Job Description

Job Summary

As a Senior FP&A Analyst in our high-growth startup, you'll play a hands-on role in driving financial

planning, performance tracking, and business insight. You'll work closely with Finance Advisory,

leadership and cross-functional teams to build forecasts, analyze key metrics, and support strategic decisions that shape the company's growth trajectory. This is an opportunity to create structure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modelling & Planning

Build and maintain dynamic 3-statement financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).

Drive monthly forecasts and rolling budgets to support investor reporting and internal planning.

Business Intelligence & Decision Support

Translate raw data into insights - analyze unit economics, burn rate, CAC, LTV, retention etc.

Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decisions on pricing, market expansion, fundraising, etc.

Provide proactive insights into business risks and opportunities as the company scales.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

Assist leadership with pitch decks, board materials, and fundraising models.

Reporting & Process Building

Set up lightweight but scalable processes for KPI dashboards, investor updates, and cash management.

Help improve data infrastructure and reporting automation - own what doesn't exist yet.

Ensure accurate, timely, and actionable reporting, even in ambiguity.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or similar.

5 - 7 years of experience in FP&A, startup finance, or finance consulting.

Experience in a startup or tech-driven company is a strong advantage.

Tools & Technical Skills

Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (think: complex models, no templates).

Familiarity with Google Data Studio, Looker, Power BI, or SQL a strong plus.

Startup-Ready Attributes

Hands-on, self-starting, and ready to build processes from scratch.

Strong communication and storytelling skills - able to explain numbers to non-finance folks.

Thrives in ambiguity; finds structure in chaos.

High degree of ownership and urgency.

What Success Looks Like

Budgets and forecasts are accurate, agile, and insightful.

Leaders are equipped with real-time KPIs and financial clarity.

Finance helps drive - not just track - growth.

You've built or improved systems that didn't exist before.

Why You Should Join

Be part of an early team with real impact on company growth.

Flat structure, fast decisions, zero bureaucracy.

High-learning environment.
