Role: Senior Finance Controller
Lead the financial control function to enhance financial performance, optimize costs, strengthen financial governance, and support sustainable growth across the institution. Oversee budgeting, cost control, financial risk management, and ensure data integrity and compliance with internal financial regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; professional certifications (ACCA/CFA/CPA) are a plus.
- Minimum 57 years of experience in financial planning, controlling, auditing, or financial compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of internal controls, financial policies, risk assessment, and fraud prevention.
- Proficiency in financial reporting tools, Excel/BI systems, and financial data governance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
