Department: Valuation and Feasibility Studies
Reports to: Valuation Manager, Advisory Services, Ha Noi
JOB BRIEF - Our Advisory team is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to conduct market research, interact with clients, and use financial data to create financial valuations and reports.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce high-quality real estate valuation and feasibility study reports. This includes collecting project information, site inspections, market research, modelling, reviewing, writing reports, and liaising with clients and other third parties.
- Allocate and review tasks performed by financial analysts and interns. You will also be involved in the recruitment process.
- Maintain, develop, and network with existing and potential clients.
- Manage our clients requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare capability statements, proposals, contracts, marketing material and high-quality blog content.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Finance/ Economics/Valuations/ Real Estate.
- At least three years-experience in conducting real estate feasibility study or related work.
- Proficient in English (both speaking and writing) (IELTS over 6.5 or equivalent, internationally educated).
- Professional certificates (RICS, MOF Valuers, CFA etc.) are preferred.
