Senior Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Take overall charge of full-cycle finance of Vietnam subsidiary and oversee financial affairs for Thailand.
2. Complete tax filing & payment in Vietnam and Thailand, maintain tax authority relations and mitigate tax risks.
3. Prepare periodic financial statements, manage budget control & business analysis, report regularly to headquarters.
4. Administer local bank accounts and bookkeeping; manage compliant cross-border capital allocation.
5. Coordinate external annual audit and file financial documents.
6. Implement corporate internal control rules and optimize local financial workflows per local laws.

Job Requirement

1. sBachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
2. .Minimum 5 years end-to-end finance experience including 2+ years in finance management, capable of independently running overseas subsidiary finance
3. .Expert in Vietnamese accounting standards and tax laws; familiarity with Thai finance & taxation is preferred
4. .Fluent in Vietnamese for daily work; proficient in Chinese/English for HQ reporting
5. .Prior finance experience in Chinese overseas construction/trading companies in Southeast Asia is a plus
6. .Based permanently in Vietnam with regular business trips to Thailand; strong in risk control, overall planning and cross-regional communication
