- Prepare and review periodic financial reports
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Track financial performance and identify key variances
- Partner with management to support financial planning and decision‑making
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations
- Assist with financial modeling and business evaluations
- Support compliance with tax, accounting, and internal policy requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audit activities
- Maintain effective internal controls and risk management practices
- Monitor cash flow and support liquidity planning
- Liaise with banks and external financial partners as needed
- Assist with financing and funding‑related activities
- Support and develop finance team members
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Profile
A Successful Senior Finance Manager Should Have
- Degrees in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA, is preferred
- at least 8 years of progressive experience in financial management, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail
