Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our Management Accounting team. This pivotal role is at the core of our global finance function, offering a unique opportunity to manage a diverse, rotating scope of work across multiple international jurisdictions. A key responsibility will be the consolidation of local accounting data into comprehensive financial reports, specifically focusing on the preparation of accurate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements. You will be instrumental in more than just routine accounting; you will shape our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Review financial management reports.
- Prepare management reports monthly: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
- Variance analysis for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets vs last month/last year/budget/forecast.
- Prepare business deck/month performance.
- Prepare budget, monthly forecast, Profit & Loss.
- Business Partner: Partnering with other teams for actual spending vs budget.
- Build up an internal report as required.
- Treasury - Fund plan: review, coordinate, and prepare consolidated cash forecast.
- Review Payment.
- Maintain financial data in group accounting software.
- Other ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance/Management accounting in an FDI environment.
- Good in English, excellent in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, teamwork, and working under pressure.
- Having experience in auditing is a plus
- CPA/CMA/ACCA is preferred
- Experience in the BPO is an advantage.
- English B1 - Oral and written comprehension
