SENIOR FINANCE & ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Industry: F&B / Retail Business (KingBee's client)

Role Description

- Maintain full set of accounting records and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.

- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare financial reports in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).

- Assist in preparing IFRS reporting packages for group consolidation.

- Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.

- Assist with cash flow tracking and payment scheduling.

- Support the preparation and filing of VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT, and other statutory reports.

- Ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.

- Assist with tax audits and statutory audits.

- Reconcile POS sales transactions and accounting records.

- Support inventory accounting and cost analysis.

- Assist with monthly management reporting and variance analysis.

- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement, and external service providers on finance-related matters

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

- 3–5+ years of accounting and finance experience.

- Experience in F&B, retail, or multinational companies is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of VAS and Vietnam tax regulations.

- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Language

- Fluent Vietnamese.

- Good command of English (written and spoken)
