Job Purpose
The job holder will support the planning, implementation and monitoring of strategic projects in organization development across the organization. The job holder will consult and partner with talent management and other human resources functional teams to support employee engagement, organizational performance and change management initiatives.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Organization Development Build competency framework (leadership, functional) and tool for evaluation Build job architecture and do job evaluation to ensure consistency Build and manage bank-wide performance management process and toolkit
Key Accountabilities (2
2. Manage HR effectiveness Build process and tool for workforce planning, manage annual workforce planning for bank-wide Develop system of HR indicators and management reports
Key Accountabilities (3)
Organize the periodical reporting and problem solving actions of units in HR division
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Organization Psychology and Development or related disciplines
- Professional certification from CIPD, SHRM, ATD and other reputable human resources organizations is preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in Performance Management, Organization Design or Change Management
- Knowledge of banking and financial services, technology/ fintech start-ups is preferred - Experienced in instructional design methodology, change management frameworks and organization design methodologies
- Experienced with talent management and employee engagement survey systems
- Business English standard of proficiency as required for the role
