JOB PURPOSE
Develop and optimize of business quality assurance frameworks across all distribution channels. This role ensures transparency, compliance, and operational excellence, while serving as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and cross-functional teams on incentive governance, performance management, and risk control.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Consulting on control policies & business processes throughout the company
- Develop integrated compliance frameworks combining operational, legal, and ethical dimensions across distribution.
- Design lifecycle governance for agent codes: issuance, transitions, suspension, revocation, and reactivation.
- Advise on violation handling policies, post-sale audit protocols, and internal investigation procedures.
- Assess systemic risks from sales data, sales force behavior, and client feedback; propose enterprise-level prevention mechanisms.
QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
-University degree in related fields such as finance, insurance, banking, business administration or information systems.
-Priority is given to candidates with a master's degree or professional certificate (eg LOMA, AII or quality management certificates - QA).
-Understanding of the life insurance sector through internal training courses or insurance industry certificates.
-At least 12 years of experience in quality management, distribution operations or internal audit in the insurance industry, especially life insurance; Priority is given to candidates with experience in the bancassurance model or working with partner banks.
-Understanding of sales processes, agent licensing, contract management and compliance with legal regulations.
