JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Expert of Brand Management is responsible for building and driving strategic brand initiatives, ensuring both short-term effectiveness and long-term brand equity growth.
This role plays a critical part in connecting cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency, strengthen emotional connection with customers, enhance brand health (BEI), and contribute to sustainable brand value creation.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Brand Strategy & Project Leadership
- Develop and manage end-to-end strategic brand projects, including defining objectives, scope, key milestones, deliverables, and required resources.
- Establish clear project principles and proactively manage scope changes to ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.
- Ensure strong execution quality and measurable outcomes across design, pilot, and implementation phases.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Act as a central brand partner, coordinating with relevant divisions and functional units to deliver projects from initiation to completion.
- Facilitate regular progress updates, alignment discussions, and problem-solving sessions with project stakeholders.
- Work closely with Distribution, Finance, Operations, and Marketing Central (Techcombank) to ensure brand synchronization across touchpoints.
Execution Excellence & Problem Solving
- Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and propose timely solutions to ensure delivery on time and within scope.
- Lead working sessions with the Director of Marketing Division, project teams, and Executive Board to resolve complex or sensitive issues.
- Escalate critical challenges when necessary with clear analysis and recommended actions.
Performance Evaluation & Reporting
- Oversee project-related cost management and payment processes where applicable.
- Summarize project results, evaluate effectiveness, and capture key learnings for continuous improvement.
- Prepare concise, insight-driven reports for senior stakeholders.
Other Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with brand and business priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Finance / Banking / Marketing / Business Administration
- Priority to have a master's degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years in the position related to financial analysis / credit / market research, marketing of finance and banking
- Prioritize work experience related to corporate customers
- Mimimum TOEIC 700 or equivalent
