Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow key brands/suppliers, driving overall business performance at Tiki
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and lead joint business planning to achieve growth targets
  • Own P&L (COGS, margin, rebate, GP) and drive initiatives to optimize profitability
  • Lead demand planning, inventory, and sell-in/sell-out performance; ensure healthy stock and business continuity
  • Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and propose actionable growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and improve customer experience
  • Proactively source and develop suppliers/products to expand trading categories
  • Own and optimize 1P operations; manage external sales channels 

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in category management, key account, or e-commerce
  • Strong experience in ICT/electronics; capable of independently sourcing suppliers and developing trading categories
  • Strong business acumen with proven track record of owning P&L or driving revenue growth
  • Data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
