Senior Executive, Dealer Sales

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive, Dealer Sales to grow our dealer network and drive furniture sales across Klang Valley. The ideal candidate has strong industry connections, excellent market knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through dealer channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Network Development

• Develop, manage, and expand a strong network of furniture dealers across the Klang Valley.
• Identify and onboard new dealer partners, with a focus on small and medium-sized furniture retailers.
• Expand dealer coverage and increase product presence in the market.
• Conduct regular dealer visits to build relationships, understand market trends, identify business opportunities, and support dealer growth.
  
  

2. Sales Growth

• Achieve monthly sales targets of minimum RM300,000–RM500,000 through the dealer sales channel.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and dealer contributions.
• Secure new business opportunities while converting prospective dealers into active accounts.
• Promote the company's product portfolio to maximize sales, market penetration, and brand visibility.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide timely market insights to Management.
  
  

3. Dealer Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term partnerships with existing dealers to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
• Provide dealers with product knowledge, pricing updates, promotional campaigns, and sales support to enhance business performance.
• Understand dealer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to improve sales and profitability.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and dealer partners and collaborate across internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  
  

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in:
  • Furniture industry
  • Office furniture
  • Interior design / renovation industry
  • Related B2B sales industries
    
    
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong existing dealer network within Klang Valley.
• Experience managing small and medium-sized dealers is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of furniture market trends and customer buying behaviour

Remuneration

MYR 5,000 - MYR 6,000 (Excluding Commission)
