Position Overview

We are seeking a capable and motivated Senior Executive, Construction Management to support and coordinate the execution of industrial construction projects across the Northeast region of Vietnam (Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Hai Phong) . As an integral member of the Vietnam Construction Management team within the Design & Management (D&M) team, this role assists in managing various phases of construction, engages with internal and external stakeholders, and helps ensure that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) standards and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Design & planning

  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to review technical drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct design reviews and provide feedback on civil and structural engineering solutions.
  • Support the pre-qualification of contractors and consultants.

Project execution & monitoring

  • Supporting project management for RBH/RBF/RBW and industrial construction projects to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Supervise construction phases, from pre-construction planning to project completion and handover.
  • Monitor on-site progress, perform regular inspections, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement solutions for issues related to civil and structural works.
  • Submit regular project updates, including monthly progress reports.

HSSE Compliance

  • Ensure contractors safety management plans meet company HSSE standards and are effectively implemented on-site.
  • Document and report safety incidents in accordance with internal policies and local regulations.

Stakeholder coordination & communication

  • Liaise with HQ D&M team, procurement team, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate regular coordination meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.

Other Duties

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, permits, inspection records, and progress reports.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, complemented by at least 6 years of experience in civil and structural (C&S) design, project management, and site-based construction activities.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles, Codes of Practice, Building and Fire Safety Regulations, and Green Building & Sustainability standards.
  • Prior experience supervising Ready-Built Warehouses (RBWs) and Ready-Built Factories (RBFs), particularly multistorey RBW/RBF projects, is highly advantageous
  • Prior experience in precast concrete design and/or construction is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in project and design management tools, including reporting protocols and documentation processes.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities; able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates a positive, responsible, and self-motivated attitude.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English.
  • Willing to travel and relocate to project sites as required by business needs.
