Role Summary
The Senior Event & KOL Management will support upGrad's growth inVietnam by planning and executing event, managing influencer/KOLcollaborations, and coordinating campaigns with regional and central teams.This role blends event management, KOL sourcing/activation, and crossfunctional project management tailored for the Vietnam market.
Roles & Responsibilities
Event Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute upGrad's on-ground and online events in Vietnam(conferences, workshops, webinars, corporate sessions, etc.).
- Manage all logistics including venue setup, vendor coordination, AVarrangements, branding materials, and registration.
- Capture content during events (photos, videos, testimonials) to beused for performance marketing and mid-funnel communication.
- Prepare event reports with KPIs, lead metrics, and performanceoutcomes.
KOL & Influencer Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard KOLs/influencers aligned with targetlearners.
- Brief KOLs on messaging, deliverables, talking points, and contentangles.
- Manage influencer deliverables end-to-end: content review, timelines,approvals, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Track and measure KOL performance (reach, engagement, traffic,leads, CPA).
- Maintain and continuously update a database of potential and activeKOL partners.
- Suggest new influencer strategies based on trends and audienceinsights in Vietnam.
Central Team Liaison
Work closely with the central teams for:
- Campaign and communication approvals
- Influencer marketing scripts and content
- Branding guidelines
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are met through smooth cross-teamcoordination.
Reporting & Insights:
- Track event performance and KOL campaign metrics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendationsfor optimisation.
- Analyse Vietnam market trends to propose new creative formats andinfluencer directions.
Skills Required
- Strong communication skills (Vietnamese + English preferred)
- Event planning and logistics management
- Hands-on experience with influencer/KOL management.
- Understanding of social media platforms and content trends inVietnam.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiplestakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Suite
Compensation & Benefits:
- 15 annual leave days + public holidays.
- Social insurance on full salary + 100% salary during probation period.
- Providing a laptop for working (if needed).
- Flexible working hours.
Employment Type: Full-time.
Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM (Monday - Friday).
