QUEST AVAILABLE
You direct the live stage for one of Vietnam's biggest shooting game esports titles — from the first rehearsal call to the final frame on air.
YOUR MISSION
You run the show — literally. As Broadcast Producer at Garena Vietnam, you own the full production cycle: pre-show planning, live execution, and the post-show debrief that makes the next one sharper. You work across product, marketing, talent, and technical crews to make broadcast day feel seamless — even when it isn't. When the stream goes live, it's your call.
Job Description
YOUR QUEST
Broadcast Production & Live Execution
- Own end-to-end show delivery: build detailed rundowns, manage all production elements, and make real-time decisions on camera work, graphics, timing, and on-air talent direction.
- Coordinate with in-game observers to ensure gameplay coverage tells the right story at the right moment.
- Direct camera operators, graphics team, technical crew, and on-air talent in real time — and troubleshoot live issues without breaking stride.
Pre-Production Planning & Stakeholder Coordination
- Develop comprehensive production plans per broadcast and tournament, aligning product, marketing, and talent teams from kickoff to showday.
- Build and maintain SOPs covering broadcast workflows, contingency plans, and team responsibilities; run rehearsals and production meetings to close all gaps before air.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for broadcast coordination — managing schedules, surfacing risks early, and communicating requirements to internal teams and external partners.
Show Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Set and maintain broadcast quality standards benchmarked against top-tier esports productions; review recordings and give specific, actionable feedback on execution, pacing, and narrative flow.
- Track viewership data across YouTube, Facebook Gaming, and TikTok to understand audience behavior and feed insights back into production decisions.
- Document post-show learnings and successful case studies to build team knowledge and support scaling to larger events.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior producers and production coordinators on broadcast fundamentals, decision-making under pressure, and quality standards — and put them in positions to grow.
