Senior ERP Manager

The site employs over 7,000 skilled workers, covering all jewelry production processes, from raw materials inspection to finishing and packing.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Head of ERP (FI-CO) located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Head of ERP will manage and oversee all ERP-related activities, focusing on financial and controlling and production modules. Daily tasks will include monitoring ERP performance, ensuring data accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with other departments to optimize ERP usage. The role also involves planning and implementing upgrades or modifications to improve system efficiency and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Demand Planning, Production Planning skills
• Strong Business Planning and Analytical Skills
• Experience in ERP implementation and management, preferably SAP FI-CO, PP, MM
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience in the jewelry or manufacturing industry is a plus
