We are seeking a Senior ERP Consultant (SAP) to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP solutions that improve business performance across end-to-end processes. You will work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP designs, drive implementations/rollouts, and provide expert guidance through go-live and stabilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, and solution design aligned to business goals.
- Configure and optimize SAP across relevant areas (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PM, WM/EWM—based on your expertise).
- Drive delivery across the full lifecycle: blueprint, build, SIT/UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement.
- Manage cross-module integration points, data flows, and controls; collaborate with technical teams for enhancements (WRICEF), interfaces, and reports.
- Create functional documentation: BRD/FS, configuration rationale, test scripts, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support data migration readiness (master data, cleansing, validation) and establish governance practices.
- Provide senior-level production support: incident triage, root-cause analysis, performance/process tuning, and release management.
- Partner with PMO/Leadership on scope, risks, timeline, and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of SAP consulting experience (implementation and/or support), ideally with SAP S/4HANA exposure.
- Strong functional expertise in at least one core SAP module plus integration knowledge across adjacent modules.
- Experience with SAP Activate, Agile/Waterfall delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills; able to influence and lead workshops with business and IT teams.
