Working location: Nhon Trach 2, Dong Nai (Shuttle bus from HCMC, Binh Duong)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs, ensuring all scheduled PM activities are completed on time.
- Develop, update, and maintain equipment documentation, including preventive maintenance manuals, spare parts lists, and maintenance work instructions.
- Resolve equipment failures through in-house maintenance efforts and coordination with external service providers.
- Lead the installation, commissioning, and debugging of new equipment.
- Improve and optimize equipment performance in line with production requirements to reduce operating costs.
- Train, mentor, and supervise technicians in daily maintenance activities.
- Execute tasks and assignments as directed by the Equipment Manager.
- Participate in the development and implementation of equipment monitoring systems.
- Manage maintenance personnel productivity and work efficiency.
- Ensure zero maintenance-related safety incidents within the team.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science, preferably in Automation, Electrical, Electromechanical, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience, including at least 2 years working in an overseas or multinational manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in equipment maintenance management, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation and effective spare parts management.
- Proven ability to independently diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment issues.
- Experience in modifying and upgrading equipment to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Valid electrician certification required.
