Your Role as a Senior Sales Manager:

As a Senior Sales Manager at Renova Cloud, you'll lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, driving business growth and building long-term relationships with customers and partners. With your engaging communication skills, organizational prowess, and strategic mindset, you will contribute to our Sales pipeline and overall revenue success.

Responsibilities:

Build and lead the Sales team to deliver core business values based on customer needs.

Evaluate and implement sales best practices.

Learn and understand a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools.

Provide consulting and solution services to application and infrastructure sales/presales teams.

Collaborate directly with customers to help them achieve their vision.

Plan and restructure the Sales team, devising strategies for optimal team performance.

Close new projects, oversee contract negotiations, and solve project-related issues.

Manage the sales and SDR team on a daily basis.

Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.

Drive customer adoption and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Possess the technical ability to explain Cloud Computing and technology concepts (not implement).

Measure performance monthly by KPIs and contribute to achieving overall company Sales targets.

Experience & Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience as a Sales Manager with a team management position in business development or similar roles for AWS solutions.

BS/BA degree required.

AWS sales experience is highly advantageous.

Background or experience in the ICT industry.

Strong presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive in achieving defined targets.

Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
