Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) System Manager at PNJP. The Senior ERP System Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the company's ERP system. This includes overseeing system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, leading system updates and enhancements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the system meets the company's business needs. The role will be located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Develop a strategic plan for SAP system development across the factory, covering modules like FI, CO, MM, SD, and PP.
- Analyze business requirements for these modules and collaborate with the ABAP team to develop new functionality enhancements.
- Create and analyze business reports within the SAP platform.
- Ensure smooth operation of the SAP system throughout the entire factory.
- Coordinate the implementation of SAP-related projects.
- Manage the SAP department and create a development plan for the team.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and propose optimal solutions.
Qualifications
- University degree.
- Over 10 years of experience in managing and implementing SAP systems.
- Experience working in manufacturing plants.
- Skills in project management, presentation, critical thinking.
- Analytical Skills and Resource Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience in training and leading teams
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
