RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team Leadership and Communication:
Effectively manage, motivate, and develop a large engineering team (40-50 members).
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and project coherence.
Maintain clear, persuasive communication across all levels of the project.
- Technical and Project Management:
Oversee the software development lifecycle, implementing best practices and methodologies.
Guide the team in software architecture, CI/CD practices, and quality control standards.
Lead Agile and Scrum methodologies, rapidly adapting to changes and innovations.
Manage high-load and secure systems, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Strategic Planning and Decision Making:
Balance technical and business insights for strategic decision-making.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational and development practices.
Implement cost-optimization strategies without compromising on quality or performance.
Drive large-scale Agile adoption with a strong grasp of its real-world applications.
- Quality Assurance and Security:
Uphold high standards of software quality and security.
Implement robust testing and validation protocols.
Address security concerns proactively, maintaining the integrity of web and mobile applications.
- Team Building and Professional Development:
Organize technical events and training initiatives.
Mentor and coach team members, promoting skill development.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5 years of experience in Manager role
- At least 3 years of experience in software architecture
- Experience in designing, deploying, and operating large user base microservices systems.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or a similar leadership role in large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum methodologies, and System Design.
- Experienced in managing teams and products with apps on the store that have a large user base.
- Knowledgeable about architectures and app models with scalability potential such as super apps, mini apps.
- Proficient in modern infrastructure technologies (Public Cloud, Serverless, etc.).
- Relevant professional certifications in technology (e.g., AWS) are preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications in management (e.g., PMI) are preferred.
- Understanding and practical experience in Blockchain technologies (EVM), Security, and related programming languages (Solidity, JavaScript, Rust, Golang) are a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Programming language proficiency is not a prerequisite for this role.
