Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for production output, productivity, quality issue and expense control. Improvement of manufacturing operations in the Assembly area. Focus on department projects towards cost savings, quality improvement, and capacity/capability expansion.
- Provide technical assistance to companywide departments as well as to Front End, System projects.
- Provide technical expertise in the field of ceramic metallization and material depositions for technical problem solving, process troubleshooting and new part or vendor qualification for supplies and raw materials.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electronic or Material Engineering or equivalent specialization.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without years experience in one or more of the fields of education listed above in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Setting up of manufacturing facilities, including equipment design, procurement, facilities, and training.
Skills
- Knowledge of Technical research and report
- Conducts activities with broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline and body of knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
- Ability to achieve goal results through day to day complete assignments.
- Proven ability training of operators/technician/engineer
