About the Role
We are looking for a high-calibre Senior Engineer to help scale our product and engineering organization.
This role is ideal for a strong hands-on engineer with leadership potential and a clear growth path toward a future CTO role. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build scalable systems and improve engineering excellence across the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical development and contribute as a strong individual contributor.
- Drive best practices in software architecture, code quality, BDD/TDD, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to refine requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve platform reliability.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.
- Manage technical debt and help shape long-term technical direction.
Requirements
- Strong experience building scalable production systems.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Java, or Golang.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Good understanding of system design, architecture, and Agile SCRUM.
- Strong ownership mindset and leadership potential.
- Fintech background is highly preferred.
