Your role as Senior Engineer, Industrial Engineering plays a key role in shaping efficient, high‑quality manufacturing processes for an iconic global brand. In this dynamic role, you'll lead process development, optimize routing and cycle times, and drive continuous improvement across sample and mass production. You'll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to evaluate processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and ensure smooth transitions from development to full-scale manufacturing. Make an impact

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare and develop process sequences for all SKUs in sample development and mass production phases.
  • Establish, update and communicate routing times for all SKUs, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
  • Monitor routing times, standard work, process balance, and cycle times for continuous enhancement.
  • Analyze routing time data to identify trends, areas for improvement and technical innovation and eliminate non-value-added processes to reduce the routine time, manufacturing cost, factory lead time, defect, and improve the quality.
  • Ensure compliance with Manufacturing Process Map Procedure from development to mass production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to review, evaluate and document new or changed processes.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Relevant education background in Industrial Engineering or relevant majors.
  • Ideally 5+ years of working experience in Industrial Engineering related in manufacturing industry, preferably focusing on human motions, standard works and standard times.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive process improvements. Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to gain trust with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
