Develop and execute Employer Branding strategies aligned with VinFast's growth direction.
Develop and implement strategic partnership plans with Universities and Educational institutions to support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
Manage and develop recruitment content on the Company's corporate website.
Plan and execute communication campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Proactively measure employer branding effectiveness through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing.
Proven experience working with universities and organizing recruitment events.
Strong content development and social media/website management skills.
Hands-on experience in visual content creation and basic design tools is preferred.
Strategic mindset with creativity and data-driven thinking.
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
