Job Description

  • Develop and execute Employer Branding strategies aligned with VinFast's growth direction.
  • Develop and implement strategic partnership plans with Universities and Educational institutions to support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
  • Manage and develop recruitment content on the Company's corporate website.
  • Plan and execute communication campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
  • Proactively measure employer branding effectiveness through data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing.
  • Proven experience working with universities and organizing recruitment events.
  • Strong content development and social media/website management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in visual content creation and basic design tools is preferred.
  • Strategic mindset with creativity and data-driven thinking.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
