About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior ELT Consultant to join our team who will be responsible for managing, developing partnerships, achieving ambitious targets in a fast- evolving educational and publishing landscape through visiting prospects, working with distributors and partners and managing and attending promotional events.  In addition, the role also encompasses the sharing of initiatives and experience to facilitate the achievement of company objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Annual and quarterly ELT Action Plan

  • Prepare and submit to the manager an annual/quarterly target and marketing action plans for your territory that will result in the achievement of your individual annual targets and other targets set by the line manager.
  • In the plan, align visiting strategies with planned product promotions to ensure relevant products will be promoted to relevant/potential target customers.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client meetings.

 

Business Development and Marketing Activity Coordination

  • Coordinate marketing activities with local partners and distributors in your territory.
  • Coordinate with Marketing team to participate in and/or hold appropriate promotional events and list target institutions and visiting strategies for each.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and institutions partners.

 

Customer Management/Salesforce (SF) management

  • Complete the quarterly action plan and record all marketing activities in SF in a timely manner.
  • Update customer data in SF to ensure data is always updated and accurate.
  • Take ownership of all market segments in the territory and build future business through the expansion of prospects in SF.
  • Work closely with distributors and other partners to maximize adoptions and ensure smooth operation of order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Provide timely customer service for all prospects in the territory and follow up on all potential leads

 

Reporting and Research

  • Compile monthly/quarterly/annual company reports.
  • Complete planned / ad hoc researches
  • Undertake any additional tasks reasonably assigned by the line manager.

 

Code of Conduct

  • Abide by all company rules and regulations relating to and not limited to statutory obligations, ethics and code of conduct.

 

 

About You

Essential:

  • Degree-level education
  • Previous experience in a business development and marketing capacity
  • Demonstrate a consistent and proven track record of achieving objectives through the planning and implementation of activity plans.
  • Able to demonstrate consultative techniques that lead to product promotion in meetings with customers and prospects.
  • Good in Presentation & Communication skills - Able to present products and services to decision-making committees in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Willing to travel extensively as requested.

 

Desirable:

  • Experience in ELT publishing or in the education field is preferable.
