About the role
We are looking for a Senior Ecommerce Executive to manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. This role will focus on driving traffic, conversions, and sales performance through data-driven campaign strategies and optimization.
Job Responsibilities
Ecommerce Media Planning
- Develop digital media plans across Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, and TikTok Shop Ads aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Plan and allocate budgets across Search Ads, Product Boosting, Display Ads, and Retargeting Ads to maximize ROI.
- Analyze marketplace trends, competitor activities, and platform insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
Performance Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Manage and optimize Onsite Ads campaigns to increase product visibility, traffic, and conversions.
- Continuously optimize campaigns through keyword bidding, audience targeting, and budget adjustments.
- Conduct A/B testing for keywords, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
Reporting & Insights
- Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign results.
- Stay updated with marketplace algorithm updates, bidding trends, and ranking factors.
- Support budget forecasting and scaling strategies based on campaign performance.
Requirements
Must Have
- 3+ years of experience in Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, or TikTok Shop Ads with strong exposure to E-commerce performance marketing.
- Experience running Search Ads campaigns on marketplace platforms.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads or Google Ads is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaign performance.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and platform partners.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), or other analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Programmatic Ads, Dynamic Product Ads (DPA), or Performance Max campaigns.
- Ability to forecast and scale campaign budgets based on performance.
