Role Description
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Coordinate with brand partners, content, and media teams to build and execute campaign plans across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other platforms.
- Ensure alignment between brand direction and sales objectives.
2. Store & Product Operations
- Manage storefront setup, product listing, promotion mechanics, and bundle strategies.
- Monitor platform compliance and work with platforms to resolve issues timely.
3. Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track GMV, order volume, traffic, conversion rate, and media ROAS.
- Identify performance gaps and propose data-driven solutions to improve results.
Qualifications
- Strong ecom knowledge and experience (4-5 years) in account management, and sales strategy development
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and report generation
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholder
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
