You will be joining the founding team shaping Kind Cognita the next-generation early years curriculum and teacher-training platform.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Early Years Teacher Trainer + Instructional Designer who can design, lead, and own Kind's entire teacher-training module end-to-end.
This is not a typical content-development job.
This is a builder's role for someone comfortable working closely with founders, taking strategic as well as execution ownership.
What You'll Own
Design the complete Teacher Training Framework for Kind Cognita (EYFS + global best practices + contextualisation).
Build end-to-end modules, lesson plans, micro-learning units, assessments, and certification pathways.
Conduct train-the-trainer sessions, workshops, and faculty development programmes.
Define teacher competency standards, rubrics, classroom observation tools, and quality-assurance processes.
Work directly with founders on vision, structure, pedagogy, and scalability.
Lead curriculumtraining integration: ensuring classroom practice aligns with Kind's core curriculum and philosophy.
Create practical, engaging, experience-first training content (videos, manuals, playbooks, activities).
Continuously refine and improve training based on feedback and field data.

Experience building scalable training systems (digital + in-person)
Curriculum design experience
Ability to simplify teaching for freshers while elevating standards for experienced educators
Confidence to make strategic decisions, handle ambiguity, and lead quality
Understanding of parent expectations and teacher challenges
Creative mindset to design training that teachers enjoy and remember
Good to Have
Exposure to Scandinavian / Reggio Emilia / global early years frameworks
Experience in teacher-training startups, edtech, or large chains
Experience producing video-based training content or playbooks
Ability to conduct research on pedagogy, child development, and market behaviour
