Job Description

RedFern Digital is seeking for a Senior Promotion Executive to plan and execute on-site promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms. For this role will be responsible for driving GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and NMV (Net Merchandise Value) while maintaining healthy ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). This role requires a blend of marketing sense and e-commerce platform operational experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Promotion Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute on-site promotional campaigns (flash sales, bundle deals, voucher programs, etc.) on e-commerce platforms.
  • Design promotion calendars aligned with business goals, seasonal events, and platform key dates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, content) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

2. On-site Ads Management

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize on-site advertising campaigns to maximize GMV/NMV.
  • Manage promotion budget allocation to achieve target ROAS.
  • Analyze ad performance data and make real-time adjustments.

3. Platform Operations

  • Work with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop, etc.) on promotion mechanics and tool settings.
  • Ensure all promotions comply with platform policies and Vietnamese advertising/promotion regulations.

4. Performance Analysis

  • Track and report key metrics: GMV, NMV, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify winning strategies and areas forimprovement.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in online marketing, working in E-commerce agencies.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platform mechanics (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
  • Proficient with promotion tools and ad systems on major EC platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset able to read numbers and make decisions based on GMV, NMV, ROAS, and other metrics.
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of Vietnamese (native) and English for cross-team communication.
