Principal Accountabilities:
- As the brand key account in-charge, to set-up, develop and grow the entire e-commerce/ e-distribution business of LUXASIA & LEAP Commerce in Vietnam
- To drive brands performance on third-party online marketplaces and manage the brand stores
- Responsible for brand P&L, budgeting, negotiating & implementing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces to optimize brand's achievement
- Work closely with different stakeholders to optimize store operations & business efficiency, including but not limited to warehouse, finance, marketing, data science & external teams to
- Building the optimal price, promotion and assortment strategy of brand
- Data reporting and presentation to key brand stakeholders
- Demand planning & forecasting using tools and data analytics
- Building relationships with brand principals, brand management teams and marketplaces
- Analyzing data and trends to identify efficient ways to maximize revenue and margins
- Data reporting and presentation for key brand stakeholders
- Developing processes and tools to improve scalability in the/ across market
- Training & developing other e-commerce team members across the markets
- Any other tasks as and when required by the business, company & brand
Requirements
- Bachelor of Business or Marketing or Statistics from a Top Tier school
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in working with marketplaces or other eCommerce platforms
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Proactive and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
